Why actual fabric color is some times different from website's product color?

Our Professionals have made every possible efforts to display the colors of item as actual as possible.
        However, sometimes variation happens due to Screens display result varies from one monitor to other / from one electronic device to other. Hence, a variation of 5 - 10% is possible.

How can I confirm my order is placed?

Customers will be provided with Invoice, conforming receipts of payment from customers. Order will only be confirmed upon receipt of advance from customers.
               Customers will be required to pay 65% of total amount at the time of placing order and balance amount to be cleared before outfit leaves our premises.

How shall I make payments?

For Local Customers:

  • a. Bank Account Transfers.
  • b. Jazz Cash / Easy Paisa etc.

For International Customers:

  • a. Direct transfer to our bank account from your local Bank.
  • b. Western union / Xoom / Ria or other payment transfers.
  • c. Transfer to our International bank account (Extra Fee).

Am i able to Cancel / amend / return the order?


  • a. Our customers can apply for cancellations within 24 hours of ordering, for free of cost.
  • b. After 24 hours to 48 hours orders will be cancelled with 15% deductions.
  • c. After 48 hours order will not be cancelled.


  • a. Amendments / alteration to orders can only be done with  in 48 hours.


  • a. Orders will not be entertained for returns based on personal liking / unliking. 
  • b. Also, for customized outfits customers will have complete visibility of dress while in making phase, so if any issue arises will be mitigated at that time. 

Am I able to track my orders during making phase?

One of major uniqueness offered by Asian Bridal Couture (ABC) is complete visibility of your orders while they are in making phase.

  From selection of fabrics to dyeing / embroidery / stitching phase. Our customers will have complete visibility, with a view to create a strong relationship with customers and their needs.

What is estimated delivery time for customized outfits?

Estimated delivery time is displayed on the invoice which customers will receive upon confirmation of order. Generally, we take around 6 to 8 weeks time for making of Customized outfits.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due peak season, high demand, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our professional will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.
